Charlotte Bataglia, 89, of Eau Claire, passed away Wednesday August 18, 2004 at Sacred Heart Hospital in Eau Claire.
She was born June 10, 1915, the daughter of Otto and Maggie (Hanson) Westlund in Walker, MN. Charlotte moved to Eau Claire and graduated from Eau Claire High School. She later married Ralph Bataglia in Eau Claire. Charlotte worked for many years at Sacred Heart Hospital.

Charlotte is survived by her daughter, Arlene Fenske of Eau Claire; two grandsons, David (Paulette) Fenske of Eau Claire, Keith (Wendy) Fenske of Hudson, WI; A great granddaughter, Elizabeth Fenske of Hudson, WI; a brother, Clifford Westlund of Eau Claire. She is further survived by several nieces and nephews and a very special friend, Margaret Wojt of Eau Claire.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph, two brothers, three sisters, and her son-in-law, Laurence Fenske.
Funeral Services for Charlotte will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, August 20, 2004 at Fuller-Speckien Funeral Home, Eau Claire. Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. until the time of services at the funeral home. Fuller-Speckien Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
