Frederick (Howard) Biggs died at Lakeside Nursing and Rehab Center in Chippewa Falls, WI at the age of 89 on Saturday, February 14th, 2004.
He was born July 4, 1914 in Akron, IN to Frederick A. and Pearl (Callaway) Biggs. Howard was preceded in death by his wife, Bernice Biggs, and is survived by a daughter, Bonnie (Biggs) Stelzer and son, William H. Biggs.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 17, 2004 at Fuller-Speckien Funeral Home with the Rev. Gordon Thorpe officiating. Friends may call one hour prior to the time of service at the funeral home. Burial will be at Prairie View Cemetery in the Town of Hallie.
