Barbara Bredesen, 74, of Eau Claire and formerly of Altoona, passed away March 22, 2005 at Dove Healthcare Center. Barbara was born December 10, 1930 in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, the daughter of Marshall and Elva (Smith) Running.
Barbara was secretary of Altoona High School for 34 years. She loved arts and crafts, bingo and time spent with family and friends.
She is survived by her sister-in-law, Gloria Running of Eau Claire, her Aunt, Marian Running of Eau Claire and 15 nieces and nephews. Barbara was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, Kermit, Reynold and Gerald; and by a sister, Adarene
Misselt.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 29, 2005 at Fuller-Speckien Funeral Home with Pastor Keith Aurand officiating. Interment will be in Rest Haven Cemetery. Friends may call from 4:00 until 7:00 p.m. on Monday, March 28, 2005 at Fuller-Speckien Funeral Home and also one hour prior to the service on Tuesday.
