Lucy M. (Michels) Arndt, age 96 of Eau Claire
passed away Monday December 17, 2007 at the
Woodland Cottage Assisted Living in Eau
Claire.
Mass of Christian Burial will be at 1:00 pm on
Thursday December 20, 2007 at Immaculate
Conception Catholic Church in Eau Claire.
Father Eugene Klink will officiate. Burial
will immediately follow services in Rest Haven
Cemetery in the Town of Washington. Friends
may call at the church on Thursday from 12:00
pm (noon) until the time of services.
Lucy was born October 26, 1911 to Albert and Cecilia
(Scheuermann) Michels in the Town of Clear Creek, WI.

Lucy married Fred Arndt and they lived in the Eau Claire area all of their married lives. Fred passed away on December 8, 1995.
Survivors include: daughter Trudi (William) Cheney of Long Beach, CA, sons Robert of Madison, and Thomas (Judith) of Appleton, brother Al (Jo) Michels, of Eau Claire, and sister Loretta Michels of Dubuque, IA, seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Her parents and her husband, two brothers, and a sister precede Lucy in death.
