Heather was born February 8, 1975 to Bob and Ginny Severson. She grew up in Eau Claire, WI where she graduated from North High School. She then moved to Chetek, WI where she met and married the love of her life, Bradley Black. They recently returned to live in the Hallie Area.
 
She spent her time working, organizing different peer groups, playing with her two dogs, Kiki and Chewie, scrap-booking, and being with family.
 
Heather is survived by her husband of nine years, Bradley Black of Hallie, as well as her parents, Bob and Ginny Severson of Eau Claire, two sisters, Jennifer and Jillian Severson of Eau Claire, and two grandmothers Hazel Rumphol and Helen Severson. She is also survived by Bradley's family: parents, Judy and Duane Olson of Chetek, Ricky and Nancy Black of Cumberland, brother Jamie Black and wife, Connie, and grandparents Shirley and David Grosse.
