David R. Bray, 55, of Eau Claire, died October 6, 2007 at his home.
David was born December 2, 1951 in Wauwatosa, WI to Archie and Bessie Bray. He graduated from Wauwatosa East High School and was also a graduate of the University of Wisconsin in Superior, WI. David moved to Eau Claire in 1988. He married Eileen Rados on May 27, 2000. He was a dedicated employee of Zielie's Tree Service.
David's passion was duck and goose hunting. He loved gardening, canning and cooking. He lived and laughed and loved life with his children and devoted wife. He was a special friend and a good neighbor. He will be greatly missed by all.

He is survived by his wife, Eileen; son Jesse and daughter Emily all of Eau Claire; (his) mother Bessie Bray of Wauwatosa, WI; brother John (Karen) Bray of Duluth, MN; sister Patti Simmons of Waukesha, WI and several nephews and nieces. His father Archie Bray preceded him in death in 1980.
Funeral Services will be at 11:00 am tomorrow, Tuesday October 9, 2007 at the Pentecostal Assembly Church, 9 9th Avenue Eau Claire, WI 54703. Pastor Paul Bennett will officiate. Burial will follow services in the Brunswick Cemetery. Friends may call at the church this evening from 4-8 pm and again at the church tomorrow morning from 10 am until the time of services. In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be given in David's name to the American Heart Association, 2149 Velp Avenue, Green Bay, WI 54303, (920) 662-2268 or 1-800-242-8721.
