Dorothy A. Christianson, age 90 of Eau Claire, died on August 12, 2007 at Syverson Lutheran Home. The former Dorothy Miller lived over 45 years at 1810 Laurel Avenue in Eau Claire and most recently at 3504 Hoover Avenue in Altoona.
Dorothy was employed by Doctors Ostenso and Larkin. She was a tour escort with Chippewa Trails, and a cosmetic sales person for many years. She was President of the Catholic Woman’s Club of Eau Claire, advisor to the Catholic Junior League, and served on the Board of
C.W.C. for many years. Dorothy was a member of Woman’s Club of Eau Claire, President of St. Ann’s Society of Sacred Heart Parish, and was a volunteer at Sacred Heart Hospital.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Albert F. Miller; her twin sister, Marian (Miller) Ruhe; and her husband, Joseph Christianson.
She is survived by nieces Janice Madden and Cynthia Peterson; nephews, David Ruhe and Mark Ruhe.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, August 20, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. at Fuller-Speckien-Hulke Funeral Home, 3209 Rudolph Road, Eau Claire, WI 54701, with private family burial at Rest Haven Cemetery. Father Eugene Klink will officiate.
