Orrin Hysen, 91, formerly of Eau Claire, passed away on June 13, 2007 in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

He was born to August and Emma Hysen in Rock Creek, Wisconsin on November 20, 1915. Orrin grew up on the farm at Rock Falls, the youngest of 12 children; he had seven sisters and four brothers. Orrin worked for the dairy for nine years. He married Marjorie Broadway in Chicago in 1940 and later moved to Eau Claire with his young family in 1945. He worked for the Uniroyal Company in Eau Claire for 32 years, retiring in 1977. He and Marjorie were charter members of Trinity Lutheran Church in Eau Claire.
