Charlotte Loehnis, 90, of Eau Claire, passed away on Sunday, February 25, 2007 at Luther Hospital surrounded by her family. She was born in Elk Mound and lived many years in Eau Claire.
Charlotte was preceded in death by her husband, Ray, whom she had been married to for over 55 years. She was also preceded in death by her brothers Bill, Harold and Ernest Jenson, and sisters Gladys Jenson and Eva Brown.
She is survived by her son, Michael (Carol), daughter, Sandra, sister, Edith, and many loving nieces, nephews and friends.

Whether involved in church activities, playing cards or sitting beside a campfire, you always had an enjoyable time with Charlotte. Her warmth, strong work ethic, generosity, and love for her family will be remembered always.
Funeral services will be Thursday, March 1, 2007 at 11 a.m. at St. John's Lutheran Church, with Rev. Thomas Bryan officiating. Burial will be in St. John's Lutheran Cemetery in Eau Claire. Friends may call at the church on Thursday from 9 a.m. until the time of services. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given in Charlotte's name to St. John's Lutheran Church, 1804 Highland Avenue, Eau Claire, WI 54701 or a charity of the donor's choice. Family and friends may send condolences online at www.fullerspeckien.com. Fuller-Speckien-Hulke Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
