Myles Lee Anderson, son of Josh and Niki Anderson, was born in Rochester, MN at Mayo Clinic on January 21, 2008 and died due to extreme prematurity in the loving arms of his parents at Mayo Clinic's NICU early Saturday morning, February 16, 2008 following a courageous fight for his life.

The span of Myles' earthly life was short, but during this time he touched the lives of many people. He was a tiny little boy with the strength and courage of an army who fought all the way up to the end. His perseverance and will to live are an inspiration to all. Myles was deemed the "fighter" by the staff at Mayo Clinic NICU and surprised them with his amazing ability to overcome so many odds. Myles was a special gift to his parents and taught them so much about life in his short 26 days on earth than they every imagined he could. Myles' spirit will live on in the hearts and memories of all who loved him.

Myles is survived by his parents Josh and Niki Anderson (Eau Claire, WI); grandparents Debbie and Steve Constantine (Mondovi, WI), Kristie Anderson and Joe Hraban (Ladysmith, WI), and Clair and Patti Anderson (Sand Creek, WI); uncles Jeremy Constantine (Bloomington, MN) and Jeremy Anderson (Eau Claire, WI); a loving extended family; and many other special "aunties" and "uncles."
