Kenneth W. Bauer, 48, of Rock Falls, Wisconsin, died Saturday, September 27, at the Methodist Hospital in Rochester, Minnesota.
Kenneth was born in Durand, WI on April 4, 1960, the son of Arnold and Marian Bauer. Ken married Brenda Buckner on June 4, 1983 in Elmwood, WI. They have one son, Craig.
He worked for 21 years at Phillips Plastics in Eau Claire, WI. Kenny was an avid fisherman and enjoyed hunting and camping. He loved going up to their cabin in northern Wisconsin. |

Ken is survived by: his wife, Brenda; son, Craig; parents, Arnold and Marian Bauer; brothers and sisters, Nona Buchholz, Arnold, Jr. (Chris) Bauer, Judy (Jerry) Hartung, Allen (Jodi)Bauer, Karen (Chuck) Goettl, Jean (Matt) Dilts, and Paula Bauer. He is further survived by many nieces and nephews.
Ken is preceded in death by his brother-in-law, Dale Buchholz and his grandparents.
A memorial service for Ken will be held on Thursday, October 2, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at Hope United Methodist Church, 2233 Golf Road in Eau Claire. Friends and family may visit from 9:00 a.m. until the time of services. Burial will be at a later date at St. Nicholas Farm Hill Cemetery in Elmwood, Wisconsin.
