Lloyd C. Bethke, 82, died January 31, 2008 at Oakwood Villa in Altoona.
 
Lloyd was born on November 16, 1925 in the Town of Bridge Creek in Augusta to Herman and Emma (Sperber) Bethke. He married Phyllis M. Jepperson on April 21, 1951 at Grace Lutheran Church in Eau Claire.
 
He worked at Peter's Meat Company for 19 years and Land O'Lakes for 16 years. He was a member of Grace Lutheran Church.
 
Lloyd is survived by his wife, Phyllis, his son, Ricky (special friend, Joy) and nieces, nephews and cousins.
 

 
He is preceded in death by his parents; a son, Michael; two brothers, Lyman and Lawrence; and a sister, Elda Boetcher.
 
Services for Lloyd will be Monday, February 4, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at Grace Lutheran Church, Eau Claire with Pastor Rolf Nestingen officiating. Friends and family may visit one hour prior to services at the church. Burial will be at Rest Haven Cemetery in the Town of Washington.
