Barbara Jane. Evenson, age 80 formerly of 207 Sara Street Eau Claire passed away Wednesday October 22nd peacefully at her daughters home.
She married Wendell Evenson April 26, 1947 in Weyerhauser, WI and moved to Eau Claire in 1951.
She was a loving Mother and cherished friend of many. Barbara was born March 3rd 1928 in Flint Michigan to Natalie and Harry Peterson. She is survived by her sons Gary (Mary) Evenson Bruce WI, Mark (Lori) Evenson

7 Granddaughters. 6 Great Grandchildren as well as many Nieces and Nephews.
She was preceeded in death by her husband Wendell, Daughter Nancy Tompson, Brothers Paul, Ralph and Sister Maureen.
Barbara worked at Johnson Lithographic printing until retiring in 1984.
She enjoyed Fishing, Camping at Bear Lake, the Grandchildren, sewing and crafts.
Viewing will be held Monday October 27th 2008 at Fuller-Speckien-Hulke Funeral Home, 3209 Rudolph Road, Eau Claire from 4 to 7 PM with Funeral Service at the funeral home on Tuesday October 28th 2008 at 11 AM with visitation 1 hour prior to the service.
Burial will be at Rest Haven Gardens Cemetery in The Town of Washington.
