Helen Lorraine Leszewski, 79, of Eau Claire, formerly of Thorp, died Thursday, April 24, 2008 at Oakwood Villa in Altoona.
 
Helen was born on June 20, 1928 to Lester and Lois (Dissmore) Stockwell in Anacortes, Washington. She married John James Leszewski, of Thorp, Wisconsin on July 10, 1947. John died on Jan. 18, 2002. Helen worked as a dietary aide at Midway Hospital in St. Paul for many years.
 
She is survived by her three daughters, Eleanor of Poland, Arlene of Missouri and Julia of Stanley, WI; one son, Stanley, of Owen, WI; and 3 grandchildren, Ami, Tori and Jett; one brother, Wilbur (Myrtle) Stockwell, of Pittsville, WI. Helen is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and a son, James.
 
Services for Helen will be at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 27, 2008 at Fuller-Speckien-Hulke Funeral Home, 3209 Rudolph Road, Eau Claire, WI with Terry Ault and Perry Pearson officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the services at the Funeral Home. Burial will be at E. Thorp Cemetery in the Township of Withee in Clark County at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, April 28, 2008.
