Lucy Ellen Manion, age 99 of Eau Claire passed away Thursday afternoon January 10, 2008 at Our House Assisted Living in Eau Claire.
Mass of Christian Burial will be at 1:00 pm on Tuesday January 15, 2008 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church 1712 Highland Avenue, Eau Claire. Father Eugene Klink will officiate. Burial will immediately follow services at St. Patrick's Cemetery. Friends may call at Fuller Speckien Hulke Funeral Home, 3209 Rudolph Road, Eau Claire on Monday evening from 4-7 pm. There will be a prayer service at 6:30 pm to conclude the visitation Monday evening. Visitation will continue Tuesday morning at the Funeral Home from 11:30 am -12:30 pm.

Lucy was born June 20, 1908 one of fifteen children to Frank and Margaret (Conley) Flynn in the Town of Union. She graduated from Eau Claire High School in 1926. She married Charles "Chip" Manion on July 5, 1937 at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Eau Claire.
Survivors include a daughter Mary (David) Ender of Eau Claire, a son James (Kathryn) Manion of Eau Claire, sister Margaret Flowers of Sacramento, CA, daughter-in-law Sharon Manion, eight grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, "Chip", a son Patrick, six brothers, and seven sisters.
Lucy's family would like to thank the staff of Our House Assisted Living for the special care given to our mother during her stay there.
