   Beverly Lavon Rassbach, 77, of Eau Claire, passed away on November 23, 2008, at Luther Hospital in Eau Claire.
 
Beverly was born March 6, 1931 to Dorothy (Howe) and Lloyd "Bea" Thompson in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
 
She was married June 18, 1950 to Donald G. Rassbach. Beverly graduated from Eau Claire Senior High and years later from Chippewa Valley Technical College with honors in accounting. She was a long standing member of Trinity Lutheran Church, and she was an active member in the sorority Beta-Sigma-Phi, a member of DAR (Daughters of American Revolution), very active with the Boy Scouts, Troop 133, was a girl scout as a young girl, and later became a Girl Scout leader.
   

Beverly's hobbies included square dancing; camping, camping and more camping with her grandchildren; studying genealogy; shopping for others; and loving her grandchildren.
 
She is survived by her children, James (Sandy Bishop) Rassbach of New Auburn, Dan (Shelley Nichols) Rassbach of Chetek, and Nancy (Gary) Mattes of Chetek; grandchildren, Jenny (Steve) Moschkau, Bryan (Monica Andersen) Rassbach, Andrea Rassbach, Nicholas (Ashley Spear) Rassbach, Kathryn Rassbach, Tricia (Steve Wachowiak) Mattes, Leslie (Tom) Hagenson, Troy (Malinda Griffin) Mattes; great grandchildren, Tanner and Teagen Moschkau, Dagen and Hailey Rassbach, Hope Lowe, Rian Rassbach, Connor Rassbach, Chloe Hagenson, Tatum Mattes and Tianna Wachowiak, and Adelai Mattes; brother, David F. (Bonnie) Thompson of Eden Prairie, MN; brother-in-law, Rev. James W. (Sharon) Rassbach of St. Louis, MO; nieces and nephews, Brent Thompson, Brenda (James) Rothstein, and Timothy (Susan) Rassbach.
 
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Donald G. Rassbach; her father-in-law and mother-in-law, George H. and Margaret Rassbach; nephew, Steven Rassbach; and sister-in-law, Judy Thompson.
 
Services for Beverly will be on Wednesday, November 26, 2008 at 10:30 a.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church. Friends and family may visit from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m Tuesday evening, at Fuller-Speckien-Hulke Funeral Home, 3209 Rudolph Road, Eau Claire, and again, on Wednesday at the church from 9:30 a.m. until the time of services. Burial will be at Lakeview Cemetery in Eau Claire.
