| Evelyn M. Thorson, 86 of Altoona, passed away
Tuesday July 15, 2008 at Angelspace in Eau Claire. |
Funeral Services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, July 21, 2008,
at Grace Lutheran Church with Pastor Rolf Nestingen officiating.
Burial will be in the Riverside Lutheran Cemetery, Mondovi, WI.
Friends may call at Fuller-Speckien-Hulke Funeral Home, 3209
Rudolph Road, Eau Claire, on Sunday evening from 4-6 p.m. and
again at church one hour prior to the service.
Evelyn was born October 23, 1921 in Eau Claire, WI. The daughter of Albert and Helen (Farr)
Krogman. She married Duane C. Thorson and had a long and happy marriage. She was an active member and long time usher at the five o'clock Service at Grace Lutheran Church. Evelyn enjoyed her family, gardening and baking. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. |

Survivors include her grandchildren; Connie (Ron) Longoria, Daniel (Theresa) Oldham, Paula (Dan) Thompson, Jennifer Oldham and Jacob (Bertha) Oldham, 12 Great-Grandchildren, three Great-Great Grandchildren, two sisters; Barbara Davenport and Delores Molitor, one brother; Keith Krogman and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Duane and beloved daughter and son-in-law Annette and Arie Oldham, her parents, two brothers and two sisters.
