Marjorie E. Broadway Hysen, age 90, passed away on Tuesday, February 3, 2009, in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Marjorie was born on March 9, 1918 in New Hope, Wisconsin. She married Orrin Hysen on her family farm on August 24, 1940. They were married 66 years and had three children;
Darleen, Sandra, and Allen.
A charter member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Eau Claire, Marge could be found helping in the kitchen for numerous events or sewing wall hangings for the sanctuary.
Marge is survived by her children, Sandra Biermeier and Allen
Hysen; four grandchildren, Debbie Cisewski, James Biermeier, Matthew and Kasey
Hysen; and ten great-grandchildren, Rachel, Joshua, Michael, Jordan, Rebecca, Jeremy, Jacob and Caleb
Cisewski, Holden and Macallan Biermeier. |

She is preceded in death by her parents, Agnes and Matthew Broadway; husband, Orrin; brother, Robert; sister, Ruby; and daughter, Darleen.
Funeral services for Marge will be at Trinity Lutheran Church, 1314 E. Lexington Blvd, Eau Claire, WI on Thursday, February 12, 2009 at 11:00 am. Pastor Kurt Jacobson will be officiating. Friends may gather at the church one-hour prior to services. Committal services will take place at Rock Creek Cemetery at 1:30 pm Thursday afternoon.
