Jeanne M. Meyer


		Jeanne Marie Meyer, age 67, of Elk Mound, died Sunday August 9, 2009 at Luther Hospital in Eau Claire. Jeanne received her Bachelors Degree from UW Stout in Home Economics, allowing her to teach Home Ec at Loyal High School. After teaching she worked at Sanna Dairies/Swiss Miss for 32 years. In her spare time Jeanne enjoyed spending time with her grandkids, cooking, crocheting sweaters for "Guideposts – Knit for Kids” and sewing. Jeanne was a lifelong member of Trinity United Methodist Church in Elk Mound where she held various offices and taught Sunday School for over 20 years. She is preceded in death by her father, Melvin Meyer and her grandparents, Ellis & Jessie Marie Jain and Edward & Anne Meyer.


She is survived by her son, Christopher (Julie) Meyer; grandchildren, Rose Marie, Violet Dawn & Evan Christopher Meyer; mother, Elsie Marie Meyer; siblings, Nancy (Bruce) Sund, Michael (Bev) Meyer, Jane (Rosco) Butterfield, Raymond (Debbie) Meyer, and William (Janet) Meyer; and many other relatives and friends. Visitation Friday, 5-8 PM at Fuller-Speckien-Hulke Funeral Home, 3209 Rudolph Road, Eau Claire. Funeral Service Saturday, 1:00 PM at Trinity United Methodist Church, 105 S. Holly St., Elk Mound with visitation one hour prior at church. Interment Evergreen Cemetery. Fuller-Speckien-Hulke Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
