   Kimberly “Dumpy” Mark Wahl, age 48, died at his home on Sunday, April 26, 2009.
 
Kim was born on October 10, 1960 to John and Nila (Lund) Wahl in Ladysmith, Wisconsin.
 
Kim enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, bird watching, gun collecting, and puzzles. He was a history buff and enjoyed listening to music, especially classic rock. Kim was a jokester and was known to tease his nieces and nephews. He loved his cat, Luna. He also loved the outdoors, where he could putz around with machinery and spend time with friends and family. He was employed at PDM Bridge for 23 years. Kim was a devoted son and a family man~both were very important to him.
   

He is survived by his mother, Nila; sisters, Shirley Wahl, Viva (Gary) Schmidt and Valerie Wahl; brother, Robert “Smokey” (Nancy)Wahl; and many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
 
Kim is proceeded in death by his father, John; brothers, Jack and Benny; and nephew, Billy Olson.
 
Services for Kim will be at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 30, 2009 at Shepherd of the Hill Lutheran Church, 207 University Street, Elk Mound, WI with Pastor Mike Wollman officiating. Friends and family may visit from 9:00 a.m. until time of services on Thursday at the church. Committal services will take place at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 30 at Barum Cemetery in Elk Mound.
