Donna J. Hermundson, age 78 of Eau Claire passed away Saturday May 8, 2010 at Fall Creek Valley Care Center.
Funeral Services will be at 11 am on Wednesday, May 12, 2010 at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 3214 Golf Road, Eau Claire, WI 54701. Pastor David K. Anderson will officiate. Committal services will take place in the Eleva Cemetery Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 pm. Visitation will take place on Tuesday evening May 11, 2010 at Fuller Speckien Hulke Funeral Home, 3209 Rudolph Road, Eau Claire, WI 54701 from 4-6 pm and at the church Wednesday morning from 10 am until the time of services.
Donna was born March 11, 1932 in Eleva, WI to Ray and Bertha (Nelson) Van Pelt. On June 16, 1951, she married Donald R.
Hermundson. She worked for the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire in the Food Service Department. |

Survivors include her husband, Donald of Eau Claire, son Randy and his special friend Lori Knutson of Eleva, daughters, Jacki (Mike) Pettibone of Andover, MN and Janell (Craig) Malnory of Arlington, WI, seven grandchildren, Chris, Tessa, Noah, Alex, Mark, Jeff, Josh, and five great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Ricky, brother, Daniel Van Pelt, and her parents, Ray and Bertha Van Pelt.
