Mildred L. Hoff, age 87, died January 17, 2011 at Dove Healthcare West.

Mildred was born May 22, 1923 in Chippewa Falls to William P. and Helmina
Hoepner. She moved to Eau Claire at the age of ten and graduated from Eau Claire Senior High School in the class of 1940.
She married Robert O. Hoff on September 11, 1943. She worked for Armour and Company, retiring in 1982.
She is survived by one son, Robert W. and his wife Janet of Nekoosa; two daughters, Sherry Hoff and Linda Cable of Eau Claire; three granddaughters and their families: Wendy and Steve Exner of Chippewa Falls and their children, Olivia, Collin, and Chloe; Jill and Mike Dillon of Nekoosa and their children, Joshua and Isaiah; and Jennifer Santo of Chippewa Falls and her children, Carter, Logan, Ryan and Kirby. |

She is further survived by her sisters-in-law Marjorie Hoepner and Violet Hoff.
Mildred is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Robert O., five brothers, John, Garhardt, William J., Raymond and Harold; and three sisters, Marie Hakes, Pauline Heuer and Gladys Samplawski; and son-in-law David Cable.
Services for Mildred will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday, January 21, 2011 at Pinehurst Lutheran Church, 3304 Fern Ct., Eau Claire, WI 54703 with Pastor Bruce Schwark officiating. Family and friends may visit from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at Fuller-Speckien-Hulke Funeral Home, 3209 Rudolph Road, Eau Claire on Thursday, January 20, 2011 and again from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services on Friday at the church. Burial will be at Rest Haven Cemetery in the Town of Washington immediately following the services.
