Nathan was adopted by Ray and Julie Hoshaw shortly after his birth, in 1998. Following Julie's death in 2008 Nathan lived in the loving arms of Sandy Klecker. In 2009 he returned to his home on Keith Street with fun-loving foster mom, Chrissy Nelson. Nathan's life touched everyone he met, especially his caregivers who fought tirelessly for his complicated medical needs.
Nathan lived love. He had a beautiful smile and a contagious giggle. He loved van rides, walks outside, fishing, baseball games, music, balloons, finger-painting, reading stories, educating his many nurses and doctors and playing with his puppy Micah.
Nathan's selfless character and courageous spirit lives on in the lives of everyone he touched. Including: Papa Ray Hoshaw, Momma Chrissy Nelson, Grandparents George and Katherine Hoshaw, Grandma Kay Nelson, Dave ( Jan) Hoshaw, Lani (Carlos) Hoshaw, and Chrissy's many friends and family.
In Lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred for the publishing of Nathan's life story. Friends may offer condolences online at www.fullerspeckienhulke.com.
"We lived out loud and in color so please wear bright colors for Nathan's celebration services!"
Fuller Speckien Hulke Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements.
