Duane K. Iverson, 76, of Eau Claire passed away peacefully at home in the loving care of his family and hospice and into the loving arms of his Savior on Saturday, September 10, 2011.
Duane Keith Iverson son of Rudolf and Laura Iverson was born on July 28, 1935 in Eau Claire where he graduated from Memorial High School. Duane managed the Holiday Service Station on Birch Street, owned American Home Interiors downtown and worked for many years in the carpet department at Menards on the west side. Duane loved spending time with family and gatherings "up-north of the tension line”. He cherished times with grandchildren fishing on the dock. He and Agnes enjoyed helping others and would come with paint roller, tools, and home-made cookies in hand. His generous ways and sense of humor touched many. |
