Ann Jeanette Kurth, age 54, died Saturday, April 23, 2011 at Luther Hospital in Eau Claire.
Funeral services for Ann will on Thursday, April 28, 2011 at 11 am at the Cedarcreek Community Church ( 3520 Eastwind Dr., Eau Claire, WI 54701 ) with Pastor Dave Lennander officiating.
Visitation will be at the church on Thursday, from 10 - 11 am.
Burial will be in the St. John's Lutheran Cemetery.
Ann was born on July 20, 1956 in Elgin, Illinois and grew up in Wisconsin.
She is survived by her husband Gary; sons Michael and David; and daughters Elizabeth and Amber; a granddaughter Alexis; grandsons Alexander and Ethan ; her favorite aunt Florence Skilling and Dorothy
Weindbacher. |
