Michael J. Linnell, age 51 of Eau Claire passed away Sunday afternoon April 17, 2011 at the Memorial Health Center in Medford.
Committal Services will take place at 11 am on Thursday April 21, 2011 in the Riverside Cemetery in Black River Falls, WI. with Pastor Brian Johnson officiating. Fellowship will immediately follow the service at the Lunda Community Park, Lower Shelter in Black River Falls. Friends may offer condolences online at www.fullerspeckienhulke.com.
Michael was born April 16, 1960 in Black River Falls to Gerald and Phyllis (Simonson) Linnell . He Graduated from Black River Falls High School in 1978. In his spare time, Michael enjoyed hunting and watching NASCAR Racing. He loved lifting weights. Michael was employed as a welder and a landscaper, but due to health issues he spent the past few years in and out of Nursing Homes and Hospitals. He is now able to rest at peace with God. Mike had a big heart, he never forgot a holiday and would always send a card.
Michael is survived by his mother Phyllis and her close friend, Dave Linder, brother Gregory of Eau Claire and sisters, Vicky (Dean) Wathke of Norwalk, WI and Roberta (Patrick) Judkins of Holmen, WI, nephews, Josh, Brad, and Dillan, niece, Faith, and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his father; Gerald and his grandparents.
Mike will be sadly missed, his life ended to soon, but now he is free to breathe and walk in heaven and for that his family, Thanks God .
