Richard "Dick" A. Lipke, age 82 of Holcombe formerly of Eau Claire passed away Wednesday evening April 13, 2011 at Luther Hospital in Eau Claire, WI.
Rich served in the United States Army and then worked for the Eau Claire City Parks and Recreation Department for 32 years. He enjoyed spending time with family, hunting, fishing, and feeding the birds.
Rich is survived by his four children, Jim (Becky), Alan, Mike, and Ann (Ed) Hansen, four grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, four step-grandchildren, eight step-great grandchildren, two sisters, Rosie and Adeline, and his Aunt Lucille. He was preceded in death by his loving wife (and avid Packer Fan) Nancy, his mother; Viola, father; Albert and a brother; Gilbert. |
Committal services will take place in the Forest Hill Cemetery in
Eau Claire at 1 pm on Wednesday April 20, 2011. Friends may join
the family at the B-Side Community, 405 N. Farewell Street, Eau
Claire, WI following the committal service. In lieu of flowers,
memorials to the family are preferred. Friends may offer
