She married Everett Nyseth in Eau Claire on January 20th, 1949 and together they enjoyed 50 years of marriage before he passed away in 1999.
Caroline made a life long career out of raising their 3 children and babysitting and spoiling their grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She called Grace Edgewood Assisted Living in Altoona, WI home for the past 2 ½ years. There she enjoyed many new found friends and appreciated the support she received from the staff.
She also appreciated the many visits and cards she received from Pastors Graham and
Cathy and the other members of her church.
She is survived by her son Michael (Bonnie) Nyseth, granddaughter Sarah (Robin) Wetzel and their children Eric and Ethan, a grandson Chad (Tori) Nyseth and their children Cale and Lane, a brother Robert (Rose) Parker of Simi Valley, CA, 3 sisters, Jane (Eugene) Van Loo of Elk Creek WI, Kate Knuth of Fairchild WI and Linda (Ronald) Vanpool of Janesville, WI and several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her husband, her son Robert, and daughter Kristine Weiner, her parents, brothers David and Donald Parker and sisters Donna Halverson and Nella Brost.
Gone but not forgotten. Grandma Nye will live on in our hearts forever.
