Marie Betty Ott, age 94 passed away Thursday evening July 21,2011 at Mayo Clinic Health System-Eau Claire.
Funeral Services will be at 11 am on Tuesday July 26, 2011 at Fuller Speckien Hulke Funeral Home in Eau Claire. Pastor James Whatley of Peace Lutheran Church in Eau Claire will officiate. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Oak Grove Cemetery in Eau Claire immediately following the service.

Marie was born in Loyal, Wisconsin on August 20, 1916 to Benjamin and Lizzie (Clouse) Kadolph. She graduated from Loyal High School and worked for 29 years at Samuelson's Department Store. She married Harold Ott in 1952. After retirement, she enjoyed volunteering at Department of Aging and the Chippewa Valley Visitor's Center, but her primary devotion was raising her beloved and special son, Arthur. Because of her loving care and attention, they were able to share a wonderful life together from his birth in 1958 until she was well into her 90's.
Marie is survived by her son, Arthur and numerous extended family
members. She was preceded in death by her husband Harold. |
