Sarah Lyn Scott, 40, of rural Augusta, passed away on May 9, 2011.
Sarah was born July 25, 1970 in Iowa City, Iowa. She worked for several years in retail clothing businesses until attending CVTC and obtaining her CNA license in 2005. She then practiced home health care until being diagnosed with W/MS in 2008.
Sarah enjoyed decorating & shopping and loved her children very much, as well as her pets.
Survivors include her husband, Michael; 2 sons, Austin and Nathan; her
mother, Monna Clemons; father, Terry Clemons (Phoenix, AZ); and
sister, Doreen and brother-in-law Dennis Freeberg (LaCrosse). |

She was preceded in death by her son, Sean.
Services for Sarah will be at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 14, 2011 at
Fuller-Speckien-Hulke Funeral Home, 3209 Rudolph Road, Eau Claire,
with Pastor Scott Miller officiating. Friends and family may visit at
the funeral home from 12:00 p.m. until the time of services.
