Kenneth Eugene Vitek, age 50 of Eau Claire died on Friday April 29, 2011 at home.

Memorial services will take place at 1 pm on Thursday May 5, 2011 at Fuller Speckien Hulke Funeral Home, 3209 Rudolph Road, Eau Claire, WI 54701. Deacon Larry Agema will officiate. Inurnment will take place immediately following the service in Forest Hill Cemetery in Eau Claire. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday from 12:00 pm (noon) until the time of services.
Kenneth was born on July 20, 1960 to Jacob Jr. and Betty (Olson) Vitek in Eau Claire, WI. Kenneth married Charyl Wood on October 10, 1981. Three children were born to this union; Carrie, Jacob III, and Shaun. Kenneth and Charyl later divorced. Ken was a devoted father and enjoyed time with his children and family. He will be sadly missed by his family and all that knew him. |

Kenneth is survived by his children; Carrie Vitek of Chippewa Falls, WI, Jacob Vitek III of Eau Claire, granddaughter Shauna Marie Hurt of Mondovi, WI, sister Pamela (Paul) Tubbs of Eau Claire, parents Jacob Jr. and Betty of Eau Claire, aunts, uncles, nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his son Shaun, maternal grandparents and paternal grandparents.
