Mary M. Green, 80, of 18662 78th Ave., Chippewa Falls, town of
LaFayette, died Friday, December 12, 2008 at her residence.
She was born May 18, 1928 in Chicago, IL, the daughter of Bohumel and Magdalene
(Vache) Kucera.
Mary married Donald Green on December 31, 1964 in Riverside, IL.
She and her husband, Donald owned and operated Ross Mallett, a musical instrument company. She was a former President of the Rotary Club in Chippewa Falls in which she was the first female President.
Mary is survived by: her husband, Donald; one son, Mike (Sandra) Hogan of Chippewa Falls; two daughters, Margaret “Peggy” Bjorge of Chippewa Falls and Kathleen (James) Proszek of Naperville, IL; three grandchildren, Jennifer, Maria and Donald; and three great grandchildren, Tyler, Joey and Samantha.
She was preceded in death by: her parents; and two brothers, John and Robert
Kucera.
Funeral services will be held at 7 p.m. Monday, December 15, 2008 at the Horan Funeral Home, Chippewa Falls. Burial of cremains will be at a later date. |
