Nancy A. Pevan 78, of 501 So. Main St., Chippewa Falls, died Thursday, November 20, 2008 at St. Joseph’s Hospital, in Marshfield.
She was born December 13, 1929 in Chippewa Falls, the daughter of Alfred and Margaret
(MacPhail) Hub.
She married Robert Pevan on April 15, 1950 in Chippewa Falls. She was a member of Holy Ghost Church.
Nancy had worked for Mason Shoe Co., Pevan Transfer, was a homemaker, belonged to Catholic Women’s Club, enjoyed traveling to South Padre Island and children.
Nancy is survived by: her husband, Bob; one son, Bill (Kathy) Pevan of Mesa, AZ; one daughter, Mary Clark of Chippewa Falls; two sisters, Ruth Hub of Chippewa Falls and Jean (Jim) McClellan of Mesa, AZ; ten grandchildren: Shawn, Melissa (Matt) Salisbury, Mike, Eric, Tom, Julia, Jean (Jared) Girard, Molly, Katie and Anthony; and eight great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by: one son, Bruce Pevan on November 19, 1990; her parents; one brother, Kenneth Hub; and two boys in infancy. |
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, November 25, 2008 at Holy Ghost Church, Chippewa Falls. Rev. Jeremiah Cashman and Rev. Arul Joseph will con-celebrate at the funeral Mass. Interment will be in Hope Cemetery, Chippewa Falls.
Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday, November 24, and until 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Horan Funeral Home, Chippewa Falls. A rosary will be recited at 4:30 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
