Shirly Jo Gaus, 87, of 515 E.
Park Ave., Chippewa Falls, died Tuesday, December 15, 2009 at
Sacred Heart Hospital, Eau Claire.
She was born October 14, 1922 in Chippewa Falls, the daughter
of Carl and Lillian (Allard) Schwahn.
Shirly Jo married John J. Gaus on January 18, 1947.
She worked as a secretary for Boeing Airlines for many years
in California. She then moved back to Chippewa Falls in the
1970's and worked as a hostess at Four Corner's in the
1990's.
Shirly Jo was loved by her many friends.
She was preceded in death by: her husband, John Gaus in 1978;
and her parents.
A Memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Friday, December 18, 2009 at the Horan Funeral Home, Chippewa Falls. Deacon Mark C. Arnold will be officiating. Burial of cremains will be in Hope Cemetery, Chippewa Falls. |
Friends may call from 5 p.m. until the time of services Friday, December 18 at the Horan Funeral Home, Chippewa Falls.
Memorials are preferred to the American Cancer Society.
